Cancellations / Returns

We must be informed of any return inside 7 days of receipt. Goods must be in resellable condition and in original packaging.

Returns must be made at customers cost, or we can arrange uplift at a charge of £7.50 (mainland U.K only).

If you are returning goods that we are not uplifting, please ensure that you have adequately insured it. Goods returned by customer (by their own method) and that go missing in transit, is the customer's responsability.

Goods manufactured or altered to special order are NOT returnable and the customer will be made aware of this before we proceed with any order of this kind. Once alteration or manufacture has begun - these goods cannot be cancelled. You may be required to pay for special goods with order and will be advised of this.

Your statuatory Rights as a consumer will not be affected.
