REGRINDS

Another of our services is the regrind of existing tooling.

Often, customers believe that when a cutter, tool or drill becomes blunt - it's life is over. In the majority of cases, this is not true .... especially if you have a number of items needing attention.

We can regrind :

• drills
• reamers
• slot drills (including ball nosed)
• end mills
• ripper cutters
• saws
• rotabroach cutters
• .....etc

In fact, almost anything you can think of !!!!

We regrind and sharpen your tools with diamond. This gives the tool a superior finish and more often than not, a sharper edge than it even had when it was new! Our turn-a-round is generally a week - but we can advise when we see the present condition of your tools and inform. Sometimes this can be a day or two more or less depending on how many we have queued.
